The Universal Visibility Project

The Universal Visibility Project (UVP), an enterprise of PALLC, has been established to show the results of Dr. Moran’s forensic analysis of image and video data from sources including but not limited to a) legacy and current space programs such as NASA Projects Mercury, Gemini, and Apollo, Dawn, the International Space Station, and space launch and crew vehicle development and operation, b) space imagery and video obtained by Dr. Moran using a hybrid telescope, c) terrestrial and ocean bathymetric imagery from Google Earth and other providers, d) microscope imagery and video, and e) world events of special interest.

The header image for this segment of the website shows, side-by-side, a Google Earth raw bathymetric image and the corresponding dVE processed image. The raw image invisible information that is unlocked by dVE processing is remarkable.
